30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at hello@aboutvincent.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label
- Pack your items securely and ship them back to us
- Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@aboutvincent.com with photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement at no additional cost.
